Build your practice.
At your own pace.

A place to learn the movements, keep track of your sessions, and take a closer look at your form.

01 / Your movement practice

A 5-exercise checklist with 3 recorded demos: backward walking, reverse step-up, and ATG split squat progression. Tib and calf raises are also on the checklist; their demos are not filmed yet.

02 / Training log and Form Lab

Log your sessions and compare a video with a selected reference in your browser. Form Lab provides local angle estimates for learning, not clinical measurements or an ideal form prescription. The selected clip stays on your device.

03 / The research notes

Three concise notes on tendon loading, backward walking, and strength and range—with original sources and limitations.

04 / Private educational feedback

Upload a movement clip and question to KneeRange, then read replies privately in your account. These uploads are separate from local Form Lab analysis. No guaranteed response time.

Movement education rooted in personal experience. No personalized treatment plan or guaranteed outcome.

What is available today?

Your membership includes the five-exercise checklist, three recorded demonstrations, session logging, Form Lab, three research notes, and private video submissions with educational feedback. Who is KneeRange for?

KneeRange is for adults who want to learn knee-strengthening movements, keep track of their practice, and explore the details of their form. You can use the tools alongside your existing training plan. The current program focuses on the knees.

Is this a personalized rehabilitation plan?

No. KneeRange shares movement education, personal experience, and research context. It does not diagnose an injury, prescribe individual treatment, or promise recovery. For assessment or treatment, work with a qualified clinician.

How does Form Lab work?

Choose a clear side-view clip of one person. Form Lab estimates knee bend and torso lean in your browser, then lets you compare a matching position from a reference. Measurements are approximate and depend on the camera view and visible working leg. The reference is a learning aid, not a universal ideal. Supported clips are MP4, MOV, or WebM, 3–60 seconds, up to 200 MB; playback depends on your browser.

Does my video stay private?

Form Lab processes your selected video on your device. Saving a review sends the measured summary to your account, not the clip. If you separately submit a video for human feedback, that clip is uploaded privately to KneeRange. Read the privacy notice.

What is included in private feedback?

Members can send a short movement clip and a question to KneeRange, then read educational replies in their account. There is no guaranteed response time. You can store up to 10 clips of up to 50 MB each; clips are available for up to 90 days.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Membership is $30 USD per month and renews automatically until canceled. Cancel future renewals from My account → Manage billing & cancellation. Access continues through your paid period.
