Your account and billing
Sign in with ChatGPT identifies your account. KneeRange stores your account identifier, email, Stripe customer reference, and membership status. Stripe processes payments; KneeRange does not store your full card details.
Your videos and feedback
Submitted clips, their titles, notes, and feedback are stored privately and are accessible to your account and the KneeRange site owner. They are not published in the library or used in marketing through this service. You can delete each submission from Your videos.
Clips are automatically made unavailable after 90 days, and the service removes expired clips during submission activity. Temporary backups or provider logs may persist according to the hosting provider’s policies. Keep your own copy.
Progress and website services
Saved videos and playback progress are stored with your membership account. The hosting service receives technical request data needed to run the site. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts. KneeRange has not added advertising trackers.
Questions and deletion requests
Contact Sprintingn@gmail.com for account or privacy requests. Billing records may need to be retained after an account is closed.
